Teaching with Love and Logic

Newcastle teachers have continual training in Love and Logic classroom management skills

Each day during the annual teacher training in August, all teachers learn and review Love and Logic principles and skills. Love and Logic is a child behavior management program that helps teachers and parents create respectful and responsible kids. In addition to training sessions, all teachers are required to read “Love and Logic Magic For Early Childhood” and they are compensated additionally for reading other books and listening to audio recordings which are part of Newcastle’s Love and Logic library.
