Pumpkin Hunt Activity

Today each class will be searching for pumpkins on our playground.  Each child will pick out their own mini-pumpkin to bring home.  (Note for long time customers: This is a change from our historic walk next door to Farmer Rasmussen’s pumpkin patch. Children at the Newcastle School have been taking this annual walk since 1994.   Farmer Rasmussen and his wife have both passed away and we have simplified this activity by having Rasmussen Farms pumpkins delivered to our school so we can hold the event on our own property).
