Conducting Circle Time

Newcastle teachers are trained to conduct fun and engaging classroom circle time.

During summer training, teachers become skilled in conducting circle time. Activities include songs, chants, rhymes, finger plays, story telling and social studies discussions. A variety of activities make circle time educational and fun. Over the course of the school year, additional activities are introduced to the teachers in monthly teacher training sessions.
